OUR Approach
Our approach is straightforward. It first involves assessing the cause of the impairment. Whether it be an acute injury or chronic pain, our goal is to understand what is causing the problem. From there we can look at treating the involved structures and educating you, the client, about the source(s) of your pain. We believe that this helps to motivate people to become more involved in their own wellness and to encourage change. Any benefits from manual therapy, not just massage, are transient, meaning they will not last forever. Knowledge is key, so be present and come with a goal in mind. Let’s figure out how to make you feel better, and make it last.
Take a minute to reflect on your own wellness goals and ask yourself if massage therapy can help.
